This is a technical event covering selected OpenText products in use by academic sites. Click HERE for the list of topics to be covered. Note that this list will be expanded as the agenda for the week comes together.

Week-end sessions will be in the form of hands-on workshops. During the week sessions will range from deep-dive technical sessions to discussion sessions and Focus Groups. There will be ample time to discuss technical issues with OpenText staff and other delegates in attendance.

There is no charge for attending the event but book early as the special rate we have negotiated with the hotel will expire on the 10th April. Lunch will be provided each day along with group dinners during the week.

Some of the sessions delivered during the week will be streamed online. However these will not include any of the hands-on workshops. To gain full benefit from the event you should plan to attend in person.

Conference Hotel

The hotel we have chosen as the conference hotel is the Vienna House Hotel, Amberg.

In order to book a room at the Vienna House Hotel you can use this link:  HOTEL BOOKING FORM or use one of the other sites like Expedia to find alternatives in Amberg.

Notes:

(1) The Special Rate for the hotel was only available until the 10th April. Booking after this date will be at the publicly available rate.

(2) Any transport that we use for evening entertainment will only leave from, and return to, the conference hotel.

Week-end Workshops

On Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th May we will run several free of charge hands-on workshops in classrooms at the University. Details of these workshops can be found by following the link below. It is important that you register for these workshops if you plan to attend so that we can choose room sizes based on the numbers interested. Please do not register for the workshops before you register for the main conference.

Workshop Registration will close on the 8th May 2024.

We look forward to meeting you in Amberg in May.
